1. Overview

Attensia is a cognitive training application developed by Antilver. We are committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who uses the app.

This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how it is stored and shared, and the rights you have over your information.

         Attensia is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information
         from children under 13. If we become aware that we have, we will delete it promptly.
      

2. Data We Collect

Account: Email, display name, profile photo (Google account)
Game Progress: Scores, streaks, completed activities
Age Group: Used for age-appropriate content
Session Data: Activity type, score, timestamps
Device Identifier: A push-notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) used to deliver reminder notifications
Purchase Status: Premium status (no payment data stored)

We do NOT collect: location, contacts, camera, microphone, or precise identifiers.

Data is stored securely in Google-managed infrastructure: Firebase Privacy

4. Google Sign-In

Google Sign-In: Provides name, email, and profile photo for authentication only.

You can revoke access anytime via: Google Account Permissions

5. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play using the Google Play Billing system. We never receive, store, or process your payment details (card numbers, billing address, etc.); those are handled by Google under Google's Privacy Policy.

We only store a premium-status flag (whether your account has unlocked premium) on your device and in your account profile, so your purchase is restored across devices.

6. Children's Privacy

         Attensia is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13.
      

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it. Regardless of age, the following protections apply to every user:

No advertising of any kind
No selling or sharing of personal data
No chat or social features
Account and data deletion available on request

7. Data Storage & Security

Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
Encrypted storage via Firebase
User-specific access control
Local storage via SharedPreferences
No selling of personal data

International data transfer: Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers located in the European Union (region europe-west1). If you use Attensia from outside the EU, your information is transferred to and stored on these EU servers. Where personal data is transferred across borders, it is safeguarded under Google's data-processing terms and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

8. Data Retention

Data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion request, data is removed within 30 days.
