Delete Your Attensia Account

Attensia is developed by Antilver. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, using either of the methods below.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open the Attensia app and sign in.
2. Tap the Settings icon at the top-right of the home screen.
3. Scroll to Delete Account.
4. Confirm when prompted. Your account and data are then permanently deleted.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, send an email from your registered email address to support@antilver.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and process the request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

• Your account information (email, display name, profile photo)
• Game progress and activity history
• Streaks, scores, and session data
• Your selected age group and premium-status flag
• All associated Firebase data

Data Retention Timeline

Your account is removed on confirmation, and all associated personal data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of the request. No personally identifiable data is retained after deletion.

Important Notes

• Deletion is irreversible.
• You will lose access to all progress and premium features.
• If you signed in using Google, you may also revoke access via your Google Account settings.
